What it is
Four ten-day programs, chosen with you at your first visit. Every one comes with the supplements for that program, picked to give your body the nutrients it needs to start rebuilding healthy cells and tissue. Each one also comes with a downloadable “1 Degree of Change” cookbook: recipes with the four major food offenders (wheat, dairy, corn and soy) taken out, and still delicious and satisfying.
They are shorter and narrower than the 21-day Purification and are often what Llolyn suggests when one thing is clearly the problem.

- Ten days of the program with Llolyn a text away. Your supplements and the “1 Degree of Change” cookbook download are included.
- Colon hydrotherapy if it belongs in the plan; not every ten-day includes it.
- A short follow-up to decide what comes next.

Questions
Can I do two of them back to back?
Sometimes. Llolyn decides that with you based on how the first one went.
Do they include colonics?
Not automatically. Some do, some do not. It depends on the program and on you.
Is there a men's version?
Yes. Male vitality is the men’s program, and the anti-inflammation and blood sugar programs are for anyone.
